Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
1. Damaged or Defective Product: If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or has manufacturing defects.
2. Incorrect Item Delivered: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
3. Size Mismatch: If the size delivered does not match the size selected during purchase.
To be eligible for a refund:
 The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
 All original tags must remain attached.
 Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be processed for:
1. Customized or personalized items.
2. Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions.
3. Items damaged due to improper handling or care after delivery.
How to Request a Refund?
To request a refund:
1. Email us at niveditasingh.am0310@gmail.com with your Order ID, a description of the issue, and images of the product (if applicable).
2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
3. Once approved, return the product to the address provided by our support team.
Refund Process
 Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
 If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchange Option
If you prefer, you can request an exchange instead of a refund for eligible items. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Shipping Costs
 If the issue is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect product), return shipping costs will be borne by Aaina Mahal.
 For all other cases, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
