To ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book post or Speed post.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 8 to 10 working days. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by you at the time of placing the order.
What if the product is received in damaged condition?
If you believe the product you received is in bad condition or if the packaging appears tampered with or damaged before delivery:
1. Refuse to accept the package.
2. Return the package to the delivery person immediately.
3. Email us at niveditasingh.am0310@gmail.com with your Order ID and details.
We will arrange for a brand-new replacement at no additional cost, provided we have stock available.
 If the stock is unavailable in your selected size, a refund will be initiated as per our refund policy.
 Please ensure that the original product tags and packaging are intact when returning the product.
